Our Policy
Our goal is to provide clear guidance and set expectations so that we can serve our customers in the best way possible. This policy is designed to outline our standards, values, and practices. We are committed to delivering quality, transparency, and respect in everything we do.
1. Booking & Reservations
- Reservations are confirmed only after deposit is received.
- A contract will be issued to the customer after the deposit is received. This contract serves as confirmation of the reservation.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the service provided is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled less than three (3) weeks prior to the event date.
- Full payment is due on the day of the event before the event starts
- Services will not begin until full payment has been received. If there is any issue or delay with payment on the scheduled event day, the client must resolve it the same day. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of services without refund.
- Additional charges for delayed payments is $100
2. Rental Period
- Standard rental duration is 24 hours.
- Extended rental time may be available upon request for an additional fee.
- Additional hours fee is 15% of the total amount of services provided.
3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
- SH Event provides delivery, setup, and pickup.
- Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
- Clients must ensure the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon times.
4. Care of Items
- Clients are responsible for ensuring decorations are not damaged, lost, or misplaced during the rental period.
- Charges may apply for damaged, missing, or excessively dirty items.
- Damages fee is $250
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made three (3) weeks or more prior to the event date are eligible for refund.
- Cancellations within less than three (3) weeks of the event are non-refundable.
6. Liability
- SH Event is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur due to misuse of rental items.
- Clients assume responsibility once items are delivered and set up.
7. Agreement
By booking with SH Event, you agree to follow the terms of this rental policy.
